Sarah Boevink
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business from Bond University. She was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2018 and joined the Pevy Lawyers team in early 2019. Sarah is a current member of the Queensland Law Society and the Australian Resident Accommodation Manager’s Association.
Since her admission, Sarah has specialised entirely in property and commercial related matters, including leasing, mixed used developments, management rights acquisitions and disposals, and body corporate advisory matters. In response to the firm’s ever growing caseload in management rights, she now focuses almost exclusively on this complicated, yet rewarding, area of practice.
Sarah’s narrow focus has rapidly seen Sarah develop a reputation as being a trusted advisor to the management rights sector, whether it be during the time of acquisition or sale, or in response to a resident manager’s desire to improve and grow their business.
Sarah is a proud foundation supporter and former cheerleader of the Gold Coast Titans, and makes her home with her fiancé in the central Gold Coast.
