Angela Browne
SENIOR PARALEGEAL
Angela has worked with Trent since 2002, and was a foundation staff member of Pevy Lawyers. Over the years Angela has earned a deserved reputation amongst management rights professionals as one of the best paralegals in the industry.
With 22+ years of management rights transactional experience, Angela is a significant contributor to one of the country’s leading management rights legal teams. Angela assists on matters for almost all of the firm’s consortium and major holdings clients. Put simply, there can be no substitute for experience in her key role – the hundreds of management rights transactions she has assisted on and managed is testament to that. Angela’s capability, organisation and knowledge make certain that matters proceed in a smooth and efficient way, translating into timely and reliable solutions for the firm’s management rights clientele. Always willing to go the extra mile, Angela regularly draws exceptional feedback from our clients.
Outside of our more complicated management rights syndicate instructions, Angela also assists in the firm’s property syndication work, and where necessary on motel and caravan park transactional matters.
Angela and her husband share their enjoyment of parenthood, a passion for motor sports, indulging in Japanese cuisine and socialising with friends.
