Amy
McKee
SPECIAL COUNSEL
Amy McKee joined the Pevy Lawyers team in 2022, having been a partner at another recognised accommodation industry law practice.
Since her admission as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2006, Amy has focused on a wide range of property matters but especially management rights, motels and caravan parks in all Australian jurisdictions.
In her former and current roles, Amy has acted for national accommodation and tourism providers, large scale consortiums and single building operators, in both transactional and advisory matters.
Amy’s motivation centres on helping clients to achieve their goals as efficiently and pain free as possible. She takes the time to understand each client’s objectives and in keeping with Pevy Lawyers’ ethos, applies a commercial approach to each step. Amy is fond of her mantra of balancing attention to detail with timely responses, and is proud of the wide spread appreciation she receives from clients and other industry stakeholders alike.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies and is a current member of the Queensland Law Society. Amy regularly attends Australian Resident Accommodation Managers’ Association events and presents information seminars to industry stakeholders from time to time. Amy is also a proud supporter of Women in Management Rights.
Amy is a dedicated mother to two young children, as well as being an avid music fan. Like many of the team, she enjoys travels with her family and friends whenever time permits.
