Kaitlin Patterson
SENIOR PARALEGEAL
Kaitlin has worked within the property law sector since 2007 and has specialised in management rights transactional work as a senior paralegal since 2008. Having spent several years at Pevy Lawyers (2012 – 2019), she was delighted to have the opportunity to return to the firm in 2026, bringing with her wealth of transaction knowledge, industry contacts and ‘can do’ attitude.
Throughout her career, Kaitlin has assisted clients with a broad range of management rights acquisitions, acting on transactions of varying complexity and scale across Queensland.
Kaitlin understands that every transaction is unique. She prides herself on building strong relationships with clients, providing practical guidance and delivering an uncompromising superior standard of service. Known for her attention to detail, reliability and approachable nature, Kaitlin is committed to working with her colleagues to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients, whilst making the transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Kaitlin is busy and active spending time with her children, dog Bear, family and friends, and enjoying all that South East Queensland has to offer.
