Courtney Double
ASSOCIATE
Courtney joined the Pevy Lawyers team in 2026 with an already very strong property law background gained from her time with two notable southern Gold Coast law practices. Her 15+ years of experience has ensured a smooth transition into the firm’s speciality management rights and wider accommodation sector caseload, particularly when it comes to due diligence investigative work, strategic transaction direction and dynamic drafting.
Her passion for property law, coupled with a meticulous approach to problem resolution, ensures she readily delivers high quality legal services to the clients making up her caseload.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Laws and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Where possible, Courtney enjoys travel and spending time outdoors with her family.
