Kelsey Huebner was admitted to practice in 2012, and joined Pevy Lawyers in 2014 following two years’ experience in business and strata title conveyancing with a large Queensland regional firm. Prior to her experience as a lawyer, Kelsey served as a paralegal in a busy Tasmanian law practice.
Kelsey has quickly grown into her role as a dedicated management rights lawyer, benefitting from her eye for detail and rapid turnaround times. Kelsey transacts management rights matters in both Queensland and New South Wales, and regularly advises on Body Corporate and Owners Corporation related and intellectual property issues. Kelsey also assists Trent with all of the firm’s variation of management rights agreements including routine top ups and negotiation of new arrangements.
Kelsey is experienced in all financing and lending matters, including mezzanine arrangements and enforcement of securities.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and is admitted as a Solicitor of both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Outside of work, Kelsey is an avid swimmer and triathalon competitor, and enjoys being outdoors as much as possible.
