Kelsey
Huebner
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Kelsey joined Pevy Lawyers in 2014 following previous roles in a busy Tasmanian law practice and a large regional Queensland firm. Kelsey has over a decade’s experience within the commercial and property circles, and through her eight years of specialisation in the management rights industry has now established herself as a highly regarded expert lawyer and presenter to the sector in her own right.
As part of her lead of our management rights section, Kelsey transacts across all Australian jurisdictions, and is comfortable working for all types of clientele from Mum and Dad operators, to consortiums and publicly listed entities. She relishes achieving the best outcomes for her clients, which is supported by her exceptional attention to detail and rapid turnaround times.
One of Kelsey’s special focuses is ensuring the highest degree of precision in the firm’s top-up, new agreements and variations work. This important area of the firm’s practice assists operators in preserving their managements rights investments either by adding tenure or varying other aspects of their arrangements with their body corporate.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and is admitted as a Solicitor of both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
Outside of work, Kelsey is an avid swimmer (and swimming fan) and yogi, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, testing out the Gold Coast’s best brunch spots. She also is an eager traveller and enjoys championing Tasmania for its amazing food and wine.
