Milla Ivanova joined the firm in 2017 during her final year of a combined Law and Commerce degree. Now graduated with Honours, and with offers to continue with a Doctorate, Milla has embraced the opportunity to pursue transactional experience within the firm’s areas of specialisation. Milla has an interest in corporate taxation and its integration in the property sector, both in Australia and overseas. Her commercial and corporate focus has already seen her add value to the firm’s large and small corporate clientele, particularly in complex bespoke issues.
Milla’s previous experience includes undergraduate accounting roles, and secondment/internships in a number of frontline accounting and legal sector businesses.
Milla is bilingual (Russian) and enjoys an active lifestyle, especially tennis and annual ski trips with her family. Her tennis credentials include coaching local Gold Coast up and coming talents, as well as those with special needs. Milla is also an active volunteer with the Runaway Bay Lions Club.
