Amelia Hiscoke
ASSOCIATE
Amelia came to Pevy Lawyers in 2013 following several years with another Gold Coast property practice.
Amelia has enjoyed a meteoric rise since joining the firm. Initially joining as a paralegal, Amelia has, following her admission as a lawyer, now morphed into one of the nation’s leading motel and caravan park transaction experts. Today, Amelia co-heads the firm’s motel team, where her clients benefit from her astute attention to detail, organisation skills and direct communication style.
Nobody at the firm is as well versed as Amelia in all jurisdictions. At any given time, she will be representing moteliers or caravan park operators in every state in Australia, be it on transactional work, lease negotiations, liquor licensing instructions or other compliance matters.
Amelia holds a Bachelor of Laws,and is an admitted Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Amelia enjoys keeping fit, be it on the golf course or through her role as one of the Gold Coast’s premier pole fit instructors.
